In the past, the client’s local marketing teams translated texts manually in Word without central coordination. As a result, highly paid marketing professionals had to help with translations instead of concentrating on their core creative work.
For advertising campaigns with tight deadlines, the ability to synchronize delivery across multiple markets was at risk. Translations became a “roadblock” for the team’s ambitions, leading to a strong desire for a leaner solution.

In November 2024, the client began working with Milengo for translations into Turkish. After just a few months, this developed into a full-scale partnership covering all target markets.

Effortless content export and upload with Figma
An important step to streamline efforts was to automate the process of manually transferring translations back and forth between the client’s content systems and the translation software. Content is now exported directly from the client’s tool, Figma, and reimported into its original design after localization. No copy and paste, no formatting errors – and significantly less time spent by the in-house team.
Centralized translation project management with Milengo’s client portal
Juggling hundreds of translations often means endless e-mails, files scattered all over the place, and confusing costs. Milengo centralized this process with LanguageDesk: a client portal in which projects can be commissioned, monitored, and approved in one place.
