The localization challenge

Infor sought to modernize and scale its documentation localization process using AI while maintaining quality and brand integrity. Operating within memoQ (a TMS used to manage and automate multilingual content workflows), Infor needed a partner who could integrate seamlessly into their existing environment.

The partnership kicked off with an assessment on which AI-translation engine could best meet Infor’s documentation quality standards. To benchmark performance, Infor and Milengo conducted a two-language pilot, translating content with two different AI engines. Both outputs were evaluated using Milengo’s ISO 5060-compliant TextGuard workflow to measure accuracy, consistency, and the level of post-editing required.
