Milengo Enhances User Experience and Accessibility with LanguageDesk Redesign

August 22nd 2023, Berlin – Milengo, one of Europe’s leading providers of localization and translation services, is excited to announce the launch of its redesigned LanguageDesk translation project management tool. This update comes as part of Milengo’s ongoing strategy for improving user experience, accessibility, and efficiency for its clients. 

The redesigned LanguageDesk (LD) client portal goes in line with the company’s recent rebranding. The new interface is not only more intuitive but also more mobile-friendly, ensuring seamless access to LanguageDesk’s features from any device.

“The idea was to modernize the user interface, in line with the new Milengo brand. We updated the look and feel, the colors, icons, menus, etc., while at the same time improving speed and user flow of the web app,” says Stephan Wolschon, Head of Software Development & Innovation at Milengo. “Users will experience a fresh and seamless user experience across the project management workflow – from the creation of a new project and quote approvals to file downloads, feedback, and project reports. The bonus is that they should be immediately familiar with the layout and find the features they need.”  

The new LanguageDesk also incorporates updates based on Milengo’s customers’ feedback. Access to the portal is complimentary for all Milengo clients, providing a centralized overview of all translation and localization projects, their status, associated files, costs and communication history.
